WedOrbbit Private Limited (“WedOrbbit”, “we”, “us”) is a wedding planning platform designed to help modern couples plan their perfect celebration with ease. WedOrbbit provides access to premium wedding-related service information, including venues, decor, photography, catering, mehndi, beauty services, DJs, bands, bridal & groom attire — all through the WedOrbbit website located at wedorbbit.com and its related features, pages, and mobile-based access (collectively, “WedOrbbit Services”).
WedOrbbit is an aggregation & listing platform, enabling users (“Customers”) to discover & connect with verified wedding vendors (“Vendors”) for their events. WedOrbbit does not provide services directly and is not a party to any service agreement between Customer and Vendor.
These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you and WedOrbbit. By accessing or using WedOrbbit Services — whether as a Visitor (browsing without login) or as a User (registered Customer or Vendor) — you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of WedOrbbit Services immediately.
WedOrbbit may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued usage of the platform means you accept the updated policies.
ELIGIBILITY
By registering or using WedOrbbit Services, you confirm that:
✔ You are legally capable of entering into this Agreement
✔ Your use complies with all local, national, and international laws
✔ You are not barred from accessing services under applicable laws
Use of WedOrbbit is void where prohibited by law.
TERM & TERMINATION
This Agreement remains effective as long as you use WedOrbbit Services.
WedOrbbit reserves the full right to suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access to services,
and remove content at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Upon termination, all data and uploaded content remain property of WedOrbbit wherever applicable.
CONTENT OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
User Content (Reviews Only)
Users on WedOrbbit do not upload images, videos, or copyrighted materials.
The only content submitted by Users is text-based feedback such as ratings, reviews, and comments about vendors.
By posting a review on WedOrbbit, you confirm that:
✔ Your review is honest and based on your real experience
✔ Your review does not violate any copyright, privacy, or legal rights
✘ Your review does not include offensive, abusive, or misleading statements
You grant WedOrbbit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, publish, store, edit (for clarity/formatting), and distribute your review on the WedOrbbit platform for the purpose of helping other customers.
WedOrbbit reserves the right to edit grammar or formatting for readability, and remove reviews if found inappropriate, fake, abusive, or unverified.

Vendor Content
All images, service details, pricing, and other media shown on vendor listings are uploaded by the Vendors themselves.
Vendors are fully responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content they upload,
copyright permissions for images they share, and any third-party claims related to their photos or content.
WedOrbbit is not liable for vendor-uploaded content or copyright issues.
WedOrbbit Content
All trademarks, UI, designs, text, graphics, and other content created by WedOrbbit
belong solely to WedOrbbit.
You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any website material without written permission.
PROHIBITED CONTENT
We may remove any content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, misleading,
contains nudity, explicit, violent or discriminatory elements,
violates copyright or intellectual property rights,
promotes illegal or harmful activities,
encourages spam, scams, or malicious behavior,
or involves unauthorized commercial advertising.
VENDORS
Vendors are independent businesses listed on WedOrbbit.
Vendors must provide accurate information and legal authorization for posted content.
Vendors are solely responsible for service delivery, pricing, contracts, and performance.
WedOrbbit may offer paid visibility or lead boost plans, which do not guarantee bookings. Any copyright violation by Vendors is their own liability.
REVIEWS & FEEDBACK
Reviews must be genuine, respectful, and experience-based.
Fake, manipulated, or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited.
WedOrbbit may verify, edit, or remove reviews at its discretion.
